Research project

Considering the advantages of recombinat adenovirus as a gene vector we propose use the rembinant adenovirus carryng XPA and XPC gene as a toll for gene complementation in deficient mice. This project intends to improve in vivo complementation techniques as well as established an efficient protocol to transfection and regular transgene expression.
