Descrição

Estudo topográfico da analgesia induzida pela estimulação epidural do córtex motor, visando correlacionar a antinocicepção com a área motora avaliada. Em paralelo, investiga os mecanismos envolvidos nesse efeito na vigência ou ausência de dor neuropática.


Avalia os mecanismos envolvidos no efeito antinociceptivo da hemopressina, um peptídeo endógeno agonista inverso de receptores canabinóides, potente candidato para fins terapêuticos.

 

Avalia os eventos neoplásticos envolvidos na dor disfuncional.
